Paiche with Mandarin Sauce

Ingredients Paiche

 

2.2 lbs Paiche Fillet

1 lime, juiced

Salt

3 Tbsp. Olive oil

 

Ingredients Mandarin Sauce

 

4 cups heavy cream

1 onion, chopped

3 Tbsp. Butter

½ cup dried tomatoes

½ black olives

1 yellow bell pepper, diced

Salt

 

Instructions for Paiche

 

Season the Paiche fillets with salt and lime and fry them with olive oil.

 

Instructions for Mandarin Sauce

 

In a pan, put the butter, the chopped onions, the bell pepper and stew. In a blender, mix it with the heavy cream. Bring it back to the pan and add salt.

 

To Serve

 

Place sauce on a serving plate and lay a portion of the cooked paiche over the sauce. Garnish with chopped black olives and tomatoes.
